Peace family, I pray that this finds you in a state of flow and ease as you draw closer to your majesty and your magic. Over the last few months, I haven't always felt like myself. I felt disconnected from my spiritual practice, disconnected from my purpose, and to be honest, disconnected from God. Not inadequate, not broken, not lost. Just displaced. Life has a way of sitting us down so that we can see where we are within ourselves. When life sat me down, one of the first things I did was step away from the noise and more deeply into myself. I limited my inputs, disconnected from social media, turned my phone off, and created space to experience my thoughts, feelings, and emotions for themselves. I wasn't trying to fix myself. I was trying to understand why I no longer felt connected to myself. In doing so, I began to notice some of my own tendencies and ways of being that had led me away from my center. I realized how much of my attention had been placed outside of myself, and how difficult it can be to hear your own voice when you're constantly receiving everyone else's. We receive so much information every day that, without realizing it, we can become disconnected from our own experience — our own truth. One of the greatest lessons from this season is that in order for me to show up fully in my roles in life, I must first show up fully for myself — and continue to Vibrate Higher. Through creating space, asking deeper questions, and drawing nearer to the god within, I feel like someone who has come back home to themselves. And perhaps that is the invitation for all of us—not to become someone new, but to return to who we have always been. If this resonates and you feel called, please journey with me on a 3-day dopamine detox meditation series. My love, Londrelle |
