Many Are Called

Peace Family,

I pray that this letter finds you with an open heart and a clear mind.

I’ve been reflecting on how it is both a privilege and a beautiful burden to be commanded by the most high. The honor is in the gifts I’ve been given to carry out my manifold mission, the capacity to serve that I’ve nurtured over the years, and the closeness I feel to god while in service. I could not have chosen any other way to express and be expressed. There is a peace and security I feel each day knowing that I will always be guided and provided for along my path, and so my worries are few.

But that peace is earned, and not given.

The burden is in the weight of the mission itself and whom it calls me to become along the way. Being entrusted with a vision that is much bigger than myself, while also being asked to grow in ways that challenge the version of myself that exists in this moment, presents a conflict that cannot be resolved through success or worldly gain.

It is for this reason that I’ve always been passionate about doing the inner work first. Each new level of growth requires that we shed — even parts of ourselves that have carried us this far. As the seasons change and fall comes around, I encourage you to be attentive to the call over your life.

  • What are you being asked to shed, let go of, or change in your approach to life?
  • Who are you being asked to become in pursuit of your goals?
  • Who does your heart call you to be?

Last fall, I embarked upon this journey myself, and it gave birth to my latest album, still free? Yet and still, in the midst of reaping the fruit of my labor, I remain steadfast in asking myself questions that lead to greater embodiment and a deepening of love.

I'm also grateful to share that still free? has been submitted for GRAMMY consideration in the Best Rap Album category. It's a meaningful milestone in this journey, and I'm grateful to everyone who has embraced the music and supported its unfolding.

As I close out this reflection, I want to encourage you to lean into what your heart calls for you to do in this season. Despite how contrary it may be to what you've known, or how confrontational you may find it, I pray you discover and uncover the greatest versions of yourself in the process.

Let there be light!

Speaking of light, if you are not aware, we have decided to sunset the Eternal Sunshine App, and all meditations can now be found (free) on my insightimer. I look forward to nurturing and growing with you there.

I’ll also be sharing music from my latest album live in Los Angeles on October 25th, alongside my dear friend Koya Webb, for an intimate and heart-opening event we are curating together. Tickets and more information can be found here.

And finally, as I continue to roll out my album and focus on the theme of open hearts, I encourage you to revisit the Open Hearts 3-Day Meditation Series and check out the official music video for “Open Hearts,” the opening song on the album.

I thank you for your attentiveness, support, and existence.

With love,
Londrelle
